1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if your order meets all of the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please note:
For hygiene, licensing, and copyright reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Software and digital downloads
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened software or products missing original packaging (may not qualify for a full refund)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Support
Email us at admin@glassmeal.online with:- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos or a short video (required for damaged or defective items)
- Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with:- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- The return shipping address
- Ship the Item
- Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the parcel.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refund Amount:
- The product price will be refunded in full if approved.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return results from our mistake.
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
- Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for the same product if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please complete a return and place a new order. - Store Credit:
In certain cases—such as returns outside the 30-day window or without proof of purchase—we may offer store credit at our discretion.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Items that are used, altered, or missing parts
- Clearance or Final Sale items
