Shipping Area:

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Carriers:

  • We work with trusted domestic carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure dependable delivery.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, international shipping is not available. Please check our website for future updates.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed and successfully paid before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Products with special shipping notices (e.g., “Pre-order” or “Ships in 5 business days”) will follow the timeline stated on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery estimates begin after the order has shipped, not from the order date.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $50 within the continental United States.
  • Orders under $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $5.99.
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Order Tracking, Changes & Cancellations

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@glassmeal.online.
    • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment.

6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Company Error (Defective or Incorrect Item):
    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, glassmeal.online will cover all return shipping costs and promptly ship a replacement.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:
    For returns or exchanges due to personal preference or ordering errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

Ownership and risk of loss for all items pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier. While glassmeal.online is not responsible for carrier-related delays or lost packages, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider if needed.
